AmerikanaBlue is an acoustic trio that features the type of music you might have heard in a Greenwich Village coffeehouse in the late 60's, but focused more on the music that was influenced by that era. Folk songs, Blues, country... anything that someone with a Sears guitar and an ounce of courage might get up and sing during an open mic!

We have an affinity for the Blues, and it continues to influence our style, but with AmerikanaBlue we get to explore a wide range of songs that influenced us and those new songs that motivate us to push the limits.

AmerikanaBlue  is Phil Hyjek, vocals, rhythm and slide guitar; Sam Burke, standup bass; and Andy Lamdin, vocals and lead guitar.
